Payment Methods
You can pay by PayPal, through jcc or cash on delivery.Your credit/debit card details will be encrypted to minimize the possibility of unauthorized access or disclosure. Authority for payment must be given at the time of placing your order.
Our liability to you in connection with any order will not exceed the total price charged for the relevant items..


Please note that the prices in our website may change at any time. The actual price you pay will be the price charged at the time you process your order at checkout.

Delivery charges & Delivery Methods
Delivery charges vary according to the type of goods ordered and cannot be refunded. Orders over 50 euro will be delivered free. Under 50 euro, the shipping will be calculated according to the weight.
Delivery will be made via ACS courier or by our own driver the next working day after clearance of payment.
Please note that we deliver goods only within the area under the control of the Republic of Cyprus.

All goods must be signed for upon delivery by an adult aged 18 years or over. If proof is not available and there is no-one of that age at the address when delivery is being made, the goods may be retained by the driver. If we attempt to deliver your order to the delivery address as arranged with you but there is nobody at the delivery address to accept your order, the driver will leave notification of attempted delivery and you will need to contact us or ACS courier to re-arrange delivery.
While we make every effort to deliver all your goods in the agreed time, we will not be liable if we fail to do so in part or in full due to circumstances beyond our control.

We will deliver the goods to the address you specify for delivery in your order. It is important that this address is accurate. Please be precise about where you would like the goods left if you are out when we deliver. We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions. We will aim to deliver the goods by the date quoted for delivery but delivery times are not guaranteed. If delivery is delayed due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, the delivery date will be extended by a reasonable period and we will contact you to arrange an alternative time.


Returns/Cancellations & Complaints

We will not accept returns if you’re not satisfied with the wine. If you received a damaged product (broken), you must contact us immediately. If the damage is caused by our driver, we will make sure we replace the wine or if you wish we can issue a refund. To be able to issue a refund or replace the broken item with a new one, the broken item has to be returned.

In the event of complaint, please contact the company on +357 25 991199 Alternatively email [email protected] giving as much detail of your complaint as possible. All complaints will be acknowledged within 2 working days and we will endeavour to resolve the matter as soon as possible. Each complaint will be treated as confidential and will be attended to by a senior manager or director.
If any bottles are damaged or broken the carrier will normally not deliver the case and a replacement case will be despatched, at no additional cost, as soon as possible. We will keep you advised on the status of your order. If a breakage is found after delivery please contact us immediately. Please wherever possible retain the original packing.
There may be occasions when one of our wines is temporarily out of stock – we will offer you an alternative of equal value which you can accept or decline. It is possible that the vintage indicated on the web site is no longer available and if this happens we will offer you the vintage which we have in stock. You can accept or decline the replacement vintage or an equivalent value and quality alternative. In either eventuality we will keep you fully informed.
